landdata.uk ("the Site") is operated by Star Delta Software Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

What we provide

The Site presents area and property information compiled from UK public open data (HM Land Registry, Police.uk, Ofsted, the Environment Agency, ONS, Ordnance Survey and Royal Mail among others). Area pages show area-level summaries; the per-address report consolidates that open data for a single postcode, shown on screen with a downloadable PDF. The reports are currently provided free of charge.

Nature of the information

Reports are indicative due diligence compiled from public open data. They are not a regulated conveyancing search, a survey, a valuation, or professional or legal advice, and must not be relied on as such. Open data may contain errors or be out of date; figures are stated as at the source's last publication. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on, and should instruct appropriate professionals before any property transaction.

Delivery and access

Reports are generated on demand and shown on screen, with a downloadable PDF. No account or sign-in is needed.

Some links (for example "compare conveyancing quotes") are partner referrals from which we may earn a fee. This never changes the price you pay, and you are always free to choose your own provider. See the disclosure shown next to each such link.

Acceptable use

You may use reports for your own personal or business due diligence. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the Site's data or reports, or attempt to reconstruct an address database.

Liability

The reports are provided free of charge and "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with them is limited accordingly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
