Refund Policy
Last updated 28 June 2026.
A landdata.uk report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By buying and accessing it straight away, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once access begins (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
When we will refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will give a full refund where:
- the report failed to deliver or you could not access it;
- you were charged more than once for the same report;
- the report is materially faulty (for example it failed to generate or returned no data for a valid postcode).
What is not normally refundable
Because the content is open data delivered instantly, we cannot normally refund simply because the data was already known to you, or because a postcode has limited published data (UK open data does not exist at the same depth for every postcode). If a postcode is sparse we will always try to make it right.
How to request a refund
Email hello@landdata.uk with your order reference (from your Paddle receipt) within 30 days. Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, to your original payment method.
